We used to be a live music club for 10 years, but took its form to widen the entrance of customers by combining restaurant, music, and record shop. We offer 100% vegetable product dishes that do not use any meat, fish, egg, dairy products, or refined sugar. We use in-season domestic vegetables, vegetables from local farms, and rice milled at “Kome club” near Keiseikoiwa. We use seasonings made with domestic raw materials that do not include any preservatives, along with domestic rapeseed oil and sesame oil made by compression method.
