We provide dishes based on macrobiotics using ancient and locally bred vegetables, traditional food ingredients, and seasonings. Fundamentally, all our food ingredients are organic or naturally cultivated, or equivalent to that, and ingredients from 17 prefectures including Aomori and Shizuoka that underwent the radioactivity inspection standard test were proved to meet the standard. The menu is decided from the vegetables shipped the very day. We will explain on the food ingredients used prior to ordering, so please do not hesitate to ask us. All seats in our restaurant is non-smoking.
