We serve 100% soba with good scent made in Hokkaido. Umami extracted from some kinds of fish like Mackerel, Bonito are used to enrich the taste. Cold soba make you enjoy the soba itself and hot soba the soup itself. We have sister Japanese restaurant so Tempura is awesome.
