CHEN-FU located in Tokyo, Kokuritsu is one of the few restaurants that offer Taiwanese vegetarian dishes. We do not use any meat, fish, or five pungent roots including leek, garlic, green onions, scallions, etc. in our dishes, and offer traditional Taiwanese vegetarian dishes using vegetables, soybean protein, gluten, dried beancurd, and homemade konjac. We cook soybean, gluten, and dried beancurd as if using real chicken, pork, and seafood, and turn them into genuine Chinese dishes. We also provide some dishes that use whey protein to make it look like non-vegetarian food. Among all dishes, the sweet and sour pork meal is very popular among our male guests.
