We opened this restaurant with a belief that foods that are “good tasting” and “good for your health” are important, and that food makes health. We wish to provide a space in which customers become healthy and happy through good food. In doing so, we promise to fulfill the following five commitments based on the idea of macrobiotics: (1) We will use domestic organic brown rice, (2) We will use organic/specially cultivated vegetables as much as possible, (3) We will not use any meat, egg, or dairy products, (4) We will not use refined sugar, (5) We will not use any chemical seasonings.
