The head chef has been in the restaurant business for several tens of years since starting his career at teenager, and is still training every day. He learned western food after working as a patissier in a hotel. He also learned Asian cooking including Japanese and Korean food, and now serves dishes with a wide range of originality. We would like our customers to enjoy delicious dishes using freshness of the ingredients.
