① FREE from white sugar, chemical spices, additives, etc. All dishes we are providing are handmade vegan dishes.
②Yogi burger buns are made from 100% Hokkaido’s whole grain flour “haruyokoi” and Hokkaido’s natural yeast “tokachi”.
③Italian crust pizza is made from Hokkaido’s local whole grain flour, which is handmade and kneaded without fermentation. Pizza toppings are using organic and less pesticides vegetables, Hokkaido’s non-additives natural cheese, or homemade vegan cheese made from organic soy milk.
④Curry sauce made from grinded spice and chickpea powder is original by DEVADEVA without using any dashi. Rich and original mild curry.
⑤Sweets served in DEVADEVA are 100% homemade without using any eggs or dairy products. We made innovations to produce delicious sweets, such as baked sweets ala Germany, tart, etc in image of Europe’s organic café.
We serve DeliLunch brown rice start from October.
It is made by increasing GABA, an enzyme in brown rice for a few days to produce higher nutrition.
Everyone who come to our café this month (October 2017) will get mini sweets as a present!
