Komakishokudo believes that “Food tradition in Japan can be saved by what we eat everyday.” I started to understand in the course of searching for food in Japan and the rest of the world that there are many good food products such as farm produce, fermented seasonings, and dry products in Japan. “Jikido” by understanding Japan and having fun with it is the concept of Komakishokudo.
